Mickey is an adorably charming 4-year-old neutered male Shih Tzu and he recently came to Lucy Mackenzie with a bunch of his canine buddies. He’s feeling so much better after some much-needed time with Dr. Meg, in which he received all the attention and TLC that he deserved.
