Octavia is a sweet 3-year-old girl who came to Lucy Mackenzie due to housing issues. She is quite the busy bee and would make a great personal assistant! She is confident who could easily live in a home with another cat. She has also lived with children and could live with a respectful, cat-savvy dog.
